    RCPC PLAY at CLIFF HAGAN BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB


    RCPC has entered into an agreement for court times at the Cliff Hagan Boys and Girls Club (3415 Buckland Square, Owensboro, KY 42301) for court time from 6:30-8:30PM. The location will have 6 total courts.

    The Club will be hosting fun pickleball events for 5 total weeks. 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/13, and 11/20. Each day will have a different theme and/or format.

    The dates and their themes/formats are listed below; members are asked to sign up for no more than two sessions in their registration, so that there are plenty of opportunities for people to attend! 

    OCT. 16th
    "Left/Right" Open Play - Format where everyone starts on a court and keeps moving to the "left/right" no matter who wins! This is a fun way to meet, and play with, new people!
    Organizers: Barb Clites and Betty Murphy

    OCT. 23rd
    "King of the Court" Open Play - Courts are numbered 1-6. #1 Court is the "King's Court". This court will determine the length of play for all games. Court #1 will play a game to 11. When Court #1 reaches 11, all other courts STOP play, no matter the score. The team with the most points on each court will move up one court and the other team will move down one court; partners will split after each game.

    OCT. 30th
    "Family Fun Night!" Open Play - Members are encouraged to come bring your young relatives/kids for a fun night of pickleball as a family! Parents/Guardians are respectfully requested to stay/play with their kids during all games.

    NOV. 13th
    "Couples Night" Open Play - Members are invited to have a fun date night with their significant others!

    NOV. 20th
    "Left/Right" Open Play - Format where everyone starts on a court and keeps moving to the "left/right" no matter who wins! This is a fun way to meet, and play with, new people!

    Cost: $5 per session (for a max of $10 for two sessions)

    NOTE REGARDING REGISTRATION FOR TWO EVENTS: Our WildApricot system limitations will need you to register, two separate times, if you wish to attend your maximum of two events. Once you register for one event, just go back to the registration page and sign up for the second event you are interested in! But please do not try and register for more than two events.
